About NE

NE is shaping the future of learning through its portfolio of digital learning services. Approximately 4 million students have access to NE in Sweden, Austria and Germany. NE has shown positive growth for the last ten years, and this has been further accelerated during the last year. With the increased demand for digital learning services; NE is accelerating its international expansion as well as its product portfolio. As a result of this NE is looking to further strengthen its development team.

The Role

As UX Designer you will work in close collaboration with the product, market and development teams to design and improve our products and marketing offerings - with the end purpose of improving our Customer Experience. 

The nature of the role includes both creating new product offerings as well as maintaining and improving existing, where balance is key for success. The process will be iterative, both when creating new products and when developing existing ones.

Who you are

We think you have several years of experience in designing UX for digital interfaces, with interest for the full Customer Experience. You are most likely experienced in facilitating workshops and creative sessions driving solutions towards high customer satisfaction and business value. To handle the role you have good communication skills in Swedish and English.

Your background
  • Experienced creating a good UX in digital interfaces
  • Great interest in the full customer experience and understanding of it’s bits and pieces
  • Experienced in sketching and prototyping, where we use Figma
  • Good ability to drive creative processes and concept development
Example of responsibilities within the role
  • Own and develop NE’s Customer Experience
  • Develop our brand identities and design systems across multiple devices
  • Work closely together with our developers to push the boundaries of tech and design
  • Secure the products and projects you work on have a strong UX concepts
  • Mentor and support the team members to help foster the creative culture and elevate our UX quality
  • When applicable coordinate work and cooperate with external UX/Design suppliers
